Pool Rules & Hours

Notice: The Rose Creek Pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Residents swim at their own risk.

Please encourage your family to “pick up” after themselves and to take care of our pool.

1. The pool area is for the sole use of members of the Rose Creek HOA, their immediate families and invited guests who have authorized gate keys.
2. The pool gate alarm will sound if the gate is propped open. This is to prevent unauthorized use of the pool area and for the safety of all.
3. No Lifeguard is on duty. Persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
4. The pool area is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The gate stays locked from the outside after hours.
5. All persons must wear appropriate swimming apparel to enter the pool.
6. Children under thirteen (13) years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or competent person at least 16 years of age.
7. Admission to the pool will be refused to any person having an open wound or any communicable disease.
8. Children who are not potty trained must wear rubber pants over a diaper. (Infants who are not potty trained are required to wear plastic pants or swim diapers in the pool. Our pool has been closed several days due to violations of this rule for health reasons.)
9. No running or diving is permitted.
10. Anti-social behavior, abusive or profane language, rough play and personal conduct endangering the safety of self and others are prohibited.
11. Pets are not allowed inside the pool fence.
12. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
13. When leaving the pool area, all persons must remove their property, dispose of their refuse in the trash containers and clean up the area they have used, including the table.
14. The Board may suspend access to the pool and/or impose fines for any rule violation.
15. The pool may be closed at any time at the sole discretion of the Board.

1. The tennis courts are for the sole use of members of the Rose Creek HOA, their immediate families and invited guests who have authorized gate keys.
2. The gate alarm will sound if the gate is propped open. This is to prevent unauthorized use of the tennis court and for the safety of all.
3. The tennis courts are open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The gate stays locked from the outside after hours (exceptions are made for tennis leagues and teams).
4. Children under thirteen (13) years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or competent person at least 16 years of age.
5. Anti-social behavior, abusive or profane language, rough play and personal conduct endangering the safety of self and others are prohibited.
6. Pets, skateboards, bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside the tennis courts.
7. When leaving the tennis court, all persons must remove their property, dispose of their refuse in the trash containers and clean up the area they have used.
8. The Board may suspend access to the tennis courts and/or impose fines for any rule violation.
9. The tennis courts may be closed at any time at the sole discretion of the Board.

3. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or competent person at least 16 years of age.
4. Anti-social behavior, abusive or profane language, rough play and personal conduct endangering the safety of self and others are prohibited.
5. Pets are not allowed in the playground area.
6. When leaving the playground all persons must remove their property, dispose of their refuse in the trash containers and clean up the area they have used.
